Reservation

Camping rental conditions: Rental stays are for a minimum of 2 nights in low season (excluding bank holiday and July-August) and for a minimum of 7 days in July and August.Arrivals are expected between 4pm and 7pm, departures before 10am. Arrangements can be made in low season, based on vacancies and when rentals are not immediately booked. Please ask at the campsite reception on arrival.Arrivals in low season are not subject to a specific day of arrival. In July and August, arrivals can be from Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, Wednesday to Wednesday and Friday to Friday (depending on the site, please contact the reservation service or the campsite beforehand)
Condition of the camping pitches:For the pitches, the arrival and departure days are free. There is no minimum length of stay. Arrivals are from 2pm and departures before 12pm. How to book ? Make your reservation online, by phone or by email.All reservations are effective upon receipt of the deposit (see part 2 “Payment of the reservation”), of a paper or digital reservation contract and once validated by the campsite.

rates

The rates indicated on the website are the basic rates which do not include additional options or tourist tax. Seasonova has a dynamic pricing system, the rates are likely to vary during the season, up or down. A promotion cannot be applied on a reservation already paid and validated.

Seasonova proposes for every stay, a Flex rate and a Non Flex rate.
• Flex rate : Payment: 30% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Balance to be paid within 30 days before the beginning of the stay. For any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total cost of the booking will be requested.

Cancellation / modification :

  • Up to 8 days before the beginning of the holiday: cancellation and modification possible without request of a written explanation, 30% of the booking cost refunded in a credit voucher (valid in all Seasonova campsites until 30 June of the following season). If the client has already paid the balance (the remaining 70%) at the time of cancellation, it will be refunded in full.

From 7 days (included) before the beginning of the holiday: cancellation or modification of the stay possible with request of a written explanation, see conditions on the website. Refund of the total cost of the booking in a credit voucher valid until June 30th of the following season in all Seasonova campsites. Any interrupted holiday is possible with request of a written explanation, refund in a credit voucher, according to previous nights spent on the campsite.

• Non Flex rate  :
Payment: 100% at reservation
Cancellation / modification: Not possible.

Payment of your reservation

•Payment of the deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to guarantee your reservation. For bookings made less than one month before your stay and for a stay at the Non Flex rate, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

•Full payment of the stay
Full payment of the staymust be made in cash, credit card, bank transfer at the latest 30 days before arrival. You can also ask to pay for your stay in several instalments without charge. The campsite reserves the right to cancel your reservation in the event of non-payment of the balance on the scheduled date and to retain your 30% deposit.On receipt of any payment, deposit or balance, even without a signed contract, the campsite will consider the general conditions of sale read and accepted by the client.

Reservation confirmation

Your reservation will be made after reception of your signed contract (or validated on the internet) and of the deposit collected by digital or postal means.

In case of impossibility to answer your request due to lack of availability, we will return your deposit as soon as possible.

Reservations are only binding on Seasonova, if Seasonova has accepted them, which Seasonova is free to do or refuse, depending on availabilitý, and in general, on any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. Seasonova offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Seasonova reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would try to divert it.NO WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with the article L.221-28 of the consumer code, Seasonova informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14 days withdrawal period.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
– Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons but knowing each other and travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay on the same Seasonova is considered as a group.
– The accommodations proposed on the Seasonova website are exclusively addressed to individual customers.
– For any group reservation request, you must contact the desired Seasonova by phone, by email or via our “Contact Us” section. The contacted Seasonova campsite reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.

The rentals

Animals are not allowed in the rentals, unless specified in the description of the rental. In case of non-respect of the internal rules, the management reserves the right to interrupt the stay without refund.
The rental is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or sublet without the consent of the campsite management.Seasonova campsites reserve the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting themselves with a number of participants higher than the capacity of the rented accommodation.

– On your arrival

On the day of your arrival at Seasonova Campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 pm onwards, and when you receive the keys of your rental, a deposit of 350€ will be asked before any delivery of the rental. This deposit can be paid by check or bank transfer.
Possibility to ask for the cleaning option at the time of your reservation or arrival for 70€ (excluding cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils and garbage). This option can be booked until the day before your departure.
The deposit will be given back to you at your departure after the inventory of fixtures subject to the equipment being in good condition.
An inventory sheet will be given to you on your arrival. Report any anomaly the same day. No complaint formulated later will be taken into account.
We offer various services for which you can ask the rates at the reception.

– The day of departure
An inventory of fixtures of your rental will be made the day of your departure. An appointment must be made the day before your departure. As a reminder, departures are made between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Any costs for repairing missing or damaged equipment will be invoiced (the campsite reserves the right to keep all or part of the deposit). If the accommodation is not left in perfect condition, 100€ of cleaning costs will be charged.For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.It is the camper’s responsibility to insure himself : the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility for incidents that are the responsibility of the camper. All guests must comply with the rules and regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with him or visiting him.

late arrival

All rentals / pitches must be occupied before 8pm on the day of arrival mentioned on your contract. In the absence of a message justifying a delay, the rental / the pitch becomes available 24 hours after the date initially planned. Any late arrival must be reported by email or sms to the campsite number so that the campsite can make the necessary arrangements for your reception.

Changes to your Reservation

The possibility of modifying the stay depends on the rate chosen by the client. The Non Flex rate does not allow any changes to the stay. With the Flex rate, changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
The client may request a change to his stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by writing to the campsite (by post or e-mail) before the deadline for registration. or e-mail) before the deadline for changes (7 days before arrival for the Flex rate), subject to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. If no change is made, the client must stay as originally booked or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.

  • Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and the current rates.
  • Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.

Cancellation, interruption of stay and unused services

1. Unused benefits
In case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
– Closure of the borders by administrative decision
– Administrative closure of the campsite
– Limitation of travel to a number of kilometres by administrative decision that does not allow you to come to the campsite

A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the client refuses to accept this voucher, he/she will be reimbursed, on request, the corresponding amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance if it has been taken out.

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer’s fault cannot give rise to a refund or a voucher.

2. Cancellation by Seasonova
In case of cancellation by Seasonova, except in case of force majeure, the amount paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.

3. Cancellation by the camper
Any request for cancellation must be communicated
by mail to the postal address of Seasonova or by e-mail. Cancellations made by telephone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
a. In the event of cancellation by the camper who has opted for the Non Flex tariff :

For one of the following reasons until the date of arrival:
-Closure of the borders by administrative decision
-Administrative closure of the campsite
-Restriction of travel to a number of kilometres by administrative decision that does not allow you to come to the campsite
The campsite will issue a voucher for the full amount paid, valid for two years. If the client refuses to accept this voucher, he/she will be reimbursed, on request, for the corresponding amount.
For all other reasons, all sums paid will be retained by the campsite.

  1. In case of cancellation by the camper who has opted for the Flex rate:

Cancellation up to 7 days before departure:
A voucher, valid until June 30th of the following season, in all Seasonova campsites, for the amount of the deposit (30% of the reservation amount) will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the client will be refunded.

Cancellation 7 days before arrival :
The client will be asked to provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total amount of the reservation, valid until June 30th of the following season, in all Seasonova campsites.

In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in holiday vouchers cannot be reimbursed in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of the Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher valid for 2 years, to be used at the campsite where the holiday was cancelled, will be issued for the amount paid in holiday vouchers, less any deposit, in accordance with the conditions indicated above.

Mediator

In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the “customer” department of the establishment, any customer of the campsite may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter to the operator. The coordinates of the mediator likely to be seized by the customer are the following ones:

You authorize Seasonova, as well as any person designated by Seasonova, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Seasonova and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on any media (in particular on Seasonova websites or pages – including Facebook and Instagram – on Seasonova presentation and promotion media and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization is valid for you as well as for the persons staying with you. This authorization is granted for the sole purpose of promoting and animating Seasonova’s establishments and network and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

PETS

Pets are allowed in some Seasonova campsites (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed near swimming pools, in food shops or in buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
