Following the current events and within the framework of the application of the decree of the 26th of March 2020 “relating to the settlement of financial conditions of some contracts regar- ding tourist travels and stays in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or of force majeure” we are implementing a system derogating common law concerning the consequences of the impossibility to honour these contracts due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

The Seasonova Group offers you a voucher usable for your next stay on all of our Seasonova campsites.

The current proof of deferral is a refund of the amounts already paid is the form of a voucher usable in one of our campsites of the SEASONOVA group and valid until the 31/10/2022. To book nothing is easier, you just need to contact you preferred campsite and attach this docu- ment to your booking request.

In the event of a cancellation taking place between the 1st of March to the 15th of September 2020 for a stay which would have taken place in a period qualified of force majeure (administrative closure, isolation, border closing) and after a period of 18 months after the cancellation notice any client who has not used his/her voucher can request the refund of a stay cancelled due to force majeure.
