A minimum of 2 nights is required in low season (except bank holiday weekends and outside July and August) and a minimum of 7 days in July and August.
Check-ins can be made between 4pm and 7pm, departures before 10am. Special check-out
times arrangements can be made in advance in low season, when possible, only on request at
the reception.
Arrivals in low season are not subject to a particular day of arrival. In July and August, arrivals can be from Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, Wednesday to Wednesday and Friday to Friday (depending on the campsite, please contact the booking service or the campsite beforehand)
Conditions of the camping site:
For pitches : Days of arrival and departure are open. No minimum length of stay. Arrivals from 2
pm and departures before 12 am.
How to book ?
You can make your reservation online, by phone or by email.
All reservations are effective upon receipt of the deposit (see part 2 “Payment of the reservation”)
and a paper or digital reservation contract.

Payment of your reservation

– Payment of the deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to guarantee your reservation, as well as the 15€ administration fee to be added to this amount. For reservations made less than one month before the start of your stay, the total amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
– Full payment of the stay
The full payment of the stay can be made by cash, credit card, bank transfer, at the latest 30
days before the arrival. You can also ask to pay for your stay in several instalments at no extra
cost. The campsite reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case of non-payment of the
balance on the scheduled date and keep your 30% deposit.
Upon receipt of any payment, deposit or balance, even without a signed contract, the campsite
will consider the general conditions of sale, read and accepted by the customer.

Mobile home booking

Your reservation will be made after reception of your signed contract (or validated on the internet website) and of the deposit collected by digital or postal means.
In case of impossibility to answer your request due to lack of availability, we will return your deposit as soon as possible.
Reservations are only binding on Seasonova, if Seasonova has accepted them, which Seasonova is free to do or refuse, depending on availabilitý, and in general, on any
circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. Seasonova offers family- oriented holidays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Seasonova reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would try to divert it.
In accordance with the article L.221-28 of the consumer code, Seasonova informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific
periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14 days withdrawal period.

– Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same person or by different persons
(but knowing each other) and travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered as a group.
– The accommodations offered on the Seasonova website are exclusively addressed to individual customers.
– For any group reservation request, you must contact the Seasonova campsite by phone, by
email or via our “Contact Us” section. The campsite reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.

The rentals

Animals are not allowed in the rentals, unless specified in the description of the rental. In case of non-respect of the internal rules, the management reserves the right to interrupt the stay without refund.
The rental is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or sublet without the consent of the campsite management.
Seasonova campsites reserve the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families
presenting themselves with a number of participants higher than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
– On your arrival
On the day of your arrival at Seasonova Campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 pm onwards, and when you receive the keys of your rental, a deposit of 350€ will be asked before any delivery of the rental. This deposit can be paid by credit card Cleaning option is possible at the time of your reservation or arrival for 70€ (excluding cleaning of dishes, kitchen utensils and garbage). This option can be booked until the day before your departure.
The deposit will be given back to you at your departure after the inventory of fixtures subject to the equipment being in good condition.
An inventory sheet will be given to you on your arrival. Report any anomaly the same day. No
complaint formulated later will be taken into account.
We offer various services for which you can ask the rates at the reception.
– The day of departure
An inventory of fixtures of your rental will be made the day of your departure. An appointment must be made the day before your departure. As a reminder, departures are made between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Any costs for repairing missing or damaged equipment will be invoiced (the campsite reserves the right to keep all or part of the deposit). If the accommodation is not left in perfect condition, 100€ of cleaning costs will be charged.
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.
It is the campers responsibility to be insured : the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility for incidents that are the responsibility of the camper. All guests must comply with the rules and regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with him or visiting him.

late arrival

All rentals / pitches must be occupied before 8pm on the day of arrival mentioned on your contract. In the absence of a message justifying a delay, the rental / the pitch becomes available
24 hours after the date initially planned. Any late arrival must be reported by email or sms to the campsite number so that the campsite can make the necessary arrangements for your reception.

Changes to your reservation

Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, up to 60 days before your arrival date, subject to availability. Otherwise, for any unforeseen event we offer a cancellation guarantee, see the conditions of the cancellation guarantee on our website:cancelling insurance.

Cancellation, interruption of stay and unused services

1. Modification of your reservation
The customer can ask for a change of his stay in the same campsite (dates, type of
accommodation) by written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) according to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of modification, the customer will have to carry out his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
– Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and according to the rates in force.
– Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
2. Unused services
In case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons
– Closure of the borders by administrative decision
– Administrative closure of the campsite
– Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers by administrative decision not allowing to come to the campsite
A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal of this voucher, the client will be reimbursed, upon request, of the corresponding amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance if it has been subscribed. Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer's fault will not give rise to a refund or a voucher.
3. Cancellation by Seasonova
In case of cancellation by Seasonova, except in case of force majeure, the amount paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper
Any request for cancellation must be communicated by mail to Seasonova's postal address or by e-mail. Cancellations made by phone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
a. In case of cancellation by the camper without subscription to the cancellation guarantee For one of the following reasons and this until the date of arrival:
-Closure of the borders by administrative decision

For all other reasons
– Cancellation up to 30 (thirty) days before the beginning of the stay: The deposit of 30% of the
amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The amounts paid, deducted from the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher of a higher value than the deposit: the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be
retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable voucher for a period of 2 years to be used in the campsite where the stay was cancelled will be issued with the amount of the initial voucher minus the 30% deposit. The rest of the amount paid other than the voucher will be refunded.
– Cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days before arrival:
All payments will be retained by the campsite.
b. In case of cancellation by the camper with a subscription to the cancellation guarantee.
The amounts paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general conditions of cancellation. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general sales conditions of paragraph 7.1 apply and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the sums paid in case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in vacation vouchers cannot be reimbursed in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of the French Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher valid for 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, will be issued for the amount paid in vacation vouchers, minus any deposit, according to the conditions indicated above.


In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the "customer" department of the establishment, any customer of the campsite may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter to the

You authorize Seasonova, as well as any person designated by Seasonova, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Seasonova and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on any media (in particular on Seasonova websites or pages – including Facebook
and Instagram – on Seasonova presentation and promotion media and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization is valid for you as well as for the persons staying with you. This authorization is granted for the sole purpose of promoting and animating Seasonova's
establishments and network and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.


Pets are allowed in some Seasonova campsites (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed near swimming pools, in food shops or in buildings. Vaccination
records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
