A campsite on the banks of the Loire

Slow life at the Briare Le Canal campsite

The Martinet Camping bord de Loire in Briare Le Canal offers you a stay as close as possible to nature.

On the banks of the Loire, discover the sixty species of dragonflies present in the Loiret, follow in the footsteps of the discreet beaver, find your child's eyes while observing the sublime day peacocks, the colorful bee-eaters, the terns, the kingfishers and of course swifts, these prodigious birds which gave their name to our campsite and which have the surprising particularity of never landing on the ground. They eat, drink, sleep, reproduce and collect materials to make their nest without ever stopping flying, except when laying their eggs.

Barely two kilometers from the famous Briare Canal Bridge, you will know the fascinating local history from Henri IV to Gustave Eiffel via Jean-Félix Bapterosses.

You will also appreciate all the amenities of the town of Briare, the canal, ten minutes away on foot, or five minutes by bike.

All our Seasonova campsites are committed to a quality and eco-responsible approach through certification.
