Seasonova Campsite Recruitment

Seasonova Recruitment

Our Values

Founded in 2011 by Guillaume LEMARCHAND, passionate about travel, meeting people, and outdoor activities, the Seasonova Group is now present in Alsace, Normandy, Brittany, Pays de Loire, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and on Île de Ré.

At Seasonova Slow Life Campsites, we believe that holidays should be a time and place for rejuvenation, exchange, and discovery.

Because breaking away from everyday life means rediscovering the pleasures of simplicity, nature, and conviviality, we have developed 20 campsites and a mountain chalet, all driven by the same passion for welcoming guests and creating memorable experiences.

Unity

With an average of 160 pitches, our campsites are all on a human scale and are defined by the commitment of our teams.
The strength and unity of the Seasonova Group comes from the men and women who make it up, all driven by the same passion for their work and the desire to continually improve.

It is the full involvement of the managers of each Seasonova Campsite that ensures consistent quality, operational stability, and independent management that preserves the authenticity of each site.

Passion

Our difference lies in the subtle combination of hands-on management by dedicated managers and the perspective and expertise of the Seasonova Group and its support functions (marketing, technical, financial…).

The Seasonova Group, in full expansion, has been recording growth of over 30% per year. To support this growth, we are looking for new talent every year.

Alizée

Alizée

Receptionist at “Le Point du Jour” campsite in Merville-Franceville, Normandy

I worked as a receptionist at Le Point du Jour campsite in Merville-Franceville for two months, from July 1st to August 31st, 2017.

  • Welcoming guests
  • Ensuring the smooth running of guest stays
  • Managing the booking system
  • Handling reservations and schedules, payments and invoicing
  • Organizing the cleaning of rental accommodations

I developed my interpersonal skills in French and English, as well as my confidence on the phone.
I learned organizational skills, essential especially during peak check-in/check-out days.
I was trusted with responsibilities, such as running the reception alone for half or full days, which allowed me to grow in autonomy and initiative.
Working in a great team confirmed that teamwork is stimulating and rewarding for me.
