ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION
The company Seasonova, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, whose registered office is located in Merville-Franceville, is organizing a free prize draw with no purchase obligation entitled:
“Contest – Discover the new Seasonova campsites and try to win a holiday stay”
(hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
This Contest is organized on Instagram via the official Seasonova account (@seasonova_vacances).
ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
The Contest is open to any natural person aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.
The following persons are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of the Organizer;
- Any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is free of charge and requires no purchase.
Any incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entry will be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, each participant must, during the Contest period:
- Follow the Seasonova Instagram account;
- Like the Contest post;
- Comment on the post by indicating:
- The Seasonova campsite they would like to discover from the proposed list;
- One or two people they would like to travel with.
The participating campsites are:
- Le Lac de Cazaux
- La Pointe de Roscoff
- Le Brabois
- Le Plan d’Eau
- Barberousse
- Les Rives d’Olt et d’Aubrac
- Sous le Moulin
- Val de Coise
- Les Prés du Verdon
- Les Demeures du Lac
Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the Contest period.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZE
The winner will receive:
- A one-week stay for 4 people in September 2026 at one of the Seasonova campsites listed above, subject to availability.
The prize includes accommodation only.
The following are not included:
- Transportation;
- Meals and catering;
- Optional services and additional amenities;
- Tourist tax.
The prize may not be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to a third party.
ARTICLE 5 – CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest runs from June 19, 2026, to July 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Any entry submitted outside this period will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the Contest in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
ARTICLE 6 – WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026, after verification of compliance with the participation requirements.
One main winner and substitute winners may be selected.
ARTICLE 7 – WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram.
If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of:
- Instagram network malfunctions;
- Technical issues beyond its control;
- Incomplete or non-compliant participation;
- Force majeure events.
Instagram does not sponsor, organize, or administer this Contest in any way.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Data collected as part of the Contest is used solely for:
- Managing the Contest;
- Selecting the winner;
- Awarding the prize.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting:
contact@groupe-seasonova.com.
ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these official rules.
The rules are available throughout the Contest period via a link accessible from the Contest publication.
Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in disqualification.
ARTICLE 11 – ACCESS TO THE RULES
These rules are available upon request or via the link provided in the Instagram bio.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the Contest that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
